    DR JOHN OLUWAJANA

PASSIONATE APPEAL FOR VISA REFRENCE NO SALA/151123/0019/01 TO ATTEND THE INTER-RELIGIOUS CONVENTION THIS WEEK Your Excellency, My name is Rev. John Oluwajana PhD. I am the Senior Pastor of SolidRock Baptist Church, Egbebiri, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State and also a Lecturer at the Baptist College of Theology of the Nigerian Baptist Convention. I am writing to passionately appeal with regards to my Visa application. I applied for a visa on November 15, 2023. I was also informed of the back logs of visa application at the Embassy. Hence, my passionate appeal because the Inter-Religious Convention I am attending at Pretoria, South Africa is scheduled to begin in a few days December 3, 2023. I need to attend this program because of its great importance to Faith change-makers: Affirming human dignity, justice, and freedom for all” and will showcase work by the international interfaith community in achieving SDG 3 (Good health and well-being), SDG 5(Gender equality), SDG 16 (Peace, justice and strong institutions), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the goals). It will further afford me the opportunity to contribute to knowledge as one of the paper presenters at the conference which will also help in sharpening my intellectual capacity. If I am unable to attend this Inter-Religious Convention it will mean we are cut off from current trends on how to handle religious crises and all the money already paid will not be refunded. I have attached my invitation letter, sponsor letter, interview slip and other documents, with this I plead that you kindly consider my visa application so that I do not miss this important convention which is aimed at building the Africa Continent. Thank you for taking the time to consider my appeal. I can be reached at +2348061378925 and meetjohntorit@gmail.com. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
